No matter how or what I do, it won't let me upload any avatars. I meet all the requirements and everything, and still nothing.

I GOT THIS EXACT PROBLEM AT SONIC VEGEMITE THAT USES THE SAME FORUM ENGINE AS HERE.
Right, your avatar must come from Photobucket or something since upload from file doesn't exactly work for me. I can't remember the file type at this time.
