Actually, no, y'know what? You probably COULD access all the SD card's files through the camera when you plug it into your computer through the USB port. Just plug the SD card in and go to My Computer and go through there.
The snapshots are in the private\wii\app\RSBE\al directory. At least for me. The pictures are .bin files and need to be converted, that's why they won't show up on the camera.
