Not to brag, but he's awfully easy to unlock. Just unlock 4 expert staff ghosts by abusing wheelies, shortcuts and drifting.

I MEAN FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T DO THAT

I'm only 3 away from unlocking Mii Costume B.
Rainbow Road, Bowser's Castle and Shy Guy Beach are the ones I need to unlock.
BUT I CAN'T
I ALWAYS FALL OFF THE STAGE
RUN INTO WALLS
OR HIT A CRAB

IT'S NOT FAIR

There's 3 shortcuts easy to miss in each:
-In Shy Guy beach, There's a lone island somewhere near the long island before the many small ones. Before reaching that island, just aim and boost at it, and you'll get a nice shortcut.
-Rainbow Road has one at the 8-circles(By boosting to leap over the circles), but there's another large one up ahead. Just when the 8-road ends, rather then turning right go left and boost. You need to get it right perfectly or else you'll fall off. Besides, if you make the ramp before that, you can leap over the first one without any boosting.
-At Bowser's castle, once reaching the half-pipe with the fireball statue, rather then taking the ramps go trough the middle. The second section should have a ramp, saving you a mushroom. That is, take them once the statue isn't firing a fireball at the moment.

Ah well, you can download ghost data from your friends on the MKWii channel. Should explain it better then i just did.
