MOAR HELP PLZ

I MADE A THREAD THE OTHER DAY SAYING THAT I COULDNT EDIT MY AVATAR. WELL I'VE JUST DISCOVERED I CANT EDIT MY PROFILE AT ALL.

I TRIED ADDING A SIGNATURE, A LOCATION, AND SOME OTHER SHIT BUT NOTHING WORKED. I ALSO TRIED CHANGING THE OVERALL FORUM TIME FOR MYSELF BECAUSE IM SICK OF BEING SHOWN GMT -5.

HELP.
