What exactly is expert staff data?

You start off with facing regular staff ghost data. Once you beat that by a certain amount of seconds, you'll unlock the expert staff ghosts. You don't unlock anything by beating them, but you get stuff for unlocking expert staff ghosts.

Damn, I thought your post would say something like "WHY THE FUCK DO COMPUTER PLAYERS KEEP BOMBING ME WITH SHELLS LIGHTNING BOLTS AND POW BLOCKS SHIT"
...so I could relate, of course.
Also, unlocking expert ghosts is a pain if you suck.
