Otherwise known as the Very-Quickly-Devolve-Into-Yelling-And-Screaming-Topic.

List your political affiliation (Beliefs, etc.) here.

The first person to break down into ad hominem attacks on the other users loses.

-----------------------------------

I consider myself a very liberal person, but I am not quick to call myself a straight-forward-democrat, since they regularly have made boneheaded decisions in recent times.

If it were a party, Id call myself a political wiseass, but Id describe myself as somewhere between Democrat and Liberal-Libertarian.

YCP is not really the place for serious stuff like this. Hell if I know, though.

So that makes you a Liberal Democrat? Sorry, it is just that I only know the UK political structure.

Speaking of which, I don't really have one or need one since I didn't vote (the only semi-decent one is Labour for the working class).

I'm a pretty conservative guy, but not the neocon kind. I support Ron Paul, but damn if I hate the label "libertarian".

Liberal leaning with some populism thrown in from time to time. Needless to say, I'm a Democrat. I'll be voting that way in November unless Hillary Clinton runs the party into the ground on her nationwide ego trip. So, yeah, Obama.

God bless John McCain's service to this country, but man is he sounding more and more as if he has no idea what he's saying. That, or he'll just say whatever sounds good and hopes it sticks. Yes, I'm aware politics is greatly a game of promising the Moon and delivering a half baked pizza (with the exception of JFK who CONQUERED THE MOON), but some of what he is talking about just makes you scratch your head. Well, me at least.

And why am I not surprised the Pimpsahoy is a die hard Republican? I think he mentioned it before, but I was expecting that anyway.

SO, NOW THAT I'VE SAID THAT, LET THE GAMES BEGIN. WHO WANTS FIRST CRACK AT CALLING ME A LIEBERAL (LOL GET IT? LIE-BERAL??), COMMUNIST, BIG BROTHER LOVING, GOD HATING LIBERAL WHO LOVES LIBERAL COMMUNISTS LIKE OBAMA?

Labour? decent? working class? you've got to be fucking joking

since Labour got in in '97 they've become more right-wing and now they and the Tories are near-enough identical, hell, even the BNP's more socialist than them now

Funny. So I guess politics in the UK is the same as it is in the US (the Democrats/Labour are just like the Republicans/Tories).

Generally, I'm more of a liberal, except about guns. I support ownership of handguns, and generally anything but fully automatic weapons. Granted, you can own a fully auto weapon, but you need a permit, and several other conditions need to be filled, often causing a lot of hassle.
