Coming down on the I-5 freeway south, daily usual LA traffic, etc. but then, some car comes out of nowhere, totally lost control, runs into and over the median concrete barrier of the freeway into the other side, with cars zooming fast going the other way. I believe some lives were lost, it was rather horrifying.

Off of the I-69 exit in Fishers, near Indianapolis, i saw a car off the ditch once too. They had the firefighters blocking the Southbound lane too.

Some old lady plowed her car into a fence or something near me and died. Never heard too much about it, just a minor news report.

I have never gotten into any car accidents. But one time, the roads were really icy and I ended up doing a 360 on the road. Nobody got hurt

I was in a car accident once. It wasn't too bad. I got hit with my friend walking home from school on the second week of school in 7th grade. We were crossing a not-to-busy street in a crosswalk with a crossing guard.

I don't get how it happened either.

I remember being up in the air, seeing my legs, a bright flash, my friend's shoe flying in the air and then being thrown onto the ground. I couldn't feel anything. I didn't really hurt until someone said "OMFG HER ARM! HER ARM! CALL 911" My arm had been ripped right open and my leg was broken too. My friend was cut up pretty bad, but he had no long lasting damage. I'm pretty fine now except the fear of crossing streets (to an extent) >_>

Been in two.
1. talked to much, distrction, mom backs into telephone pole (note: my brother was in the car, so we were screaming at each other)
2. Some old man did a uturn in a resedential street, and plows into the side of the car I was in. I'm lucky I wasn't hurt, because the area he hit was were I was sitting.
