LIKE SEVERAL PEOPLE, I FOUND THE BANNING OF PIMPSAHOY RATHER UNFAIR. SO I HAVE COME UP WITH A SOLUTION.

WHY DONT YOU GUYS MAKE A SEPERATE MEMBER GROUP FOR PIMPSAHOY, BUT ACT AS IF IT'S THE SAME GROUP AS ALL OF US? THEN YOU CAN MAKE IT SO THAT MEMBERS IN THAT GROUP CAN VIEW THE FORUM, BUT CANT POST ANYTHING. AND YOU DONT TELL PIMPS THAT HE CANT POST, AND PRETEND THAT IF HE SENDS YOU A MESSAGE, YOU DIDNT RECEIVE IT.

AND IF HE MAKES ALT ACCOUNT, YOU CAN SAY "NO ALT ACCOUNTS YOUR NORMAL ACCOUNT IS PERFECTLY FINE".

I'm going to just say this, since this seems to be as good a time as any.

On this forum, the mods try to make any decisions as a team. That is, we vote on policy.

We brought Pimps's entry up a grand total of three times, more if you count all the times that he's asked us to allow him on, mostly by threatening to invade us with alts and post a bunch of code to crash the site. That, my friends, is called extortion. You want an extortionist on your site, then make your own damn site.

We might have changed our minds if shortly after we spoke with him last night, he had not reentered the site and spammed it. That's a bit counterproductive on his part, considering that we said that if there was any chance we'd let him on the forum, it would disappear if he continued his alt parade. Considering that he could have entered the site with that proxy IP and not spammed and instead conducted himself as a civil member of the forum, I think his choice was damned silly.

And then today, he comes to me and asks that if in a while if he doesn't make alts, if we will let him on the forum then. I tell him that I don't know and that I don't want to bring it up to debate with the mods AGAIN. But the sudden change of heart is not indicative of a changed Pimpsahoy; rather it indicates that he's willing to do whatever it takes to get on here. This comes after his little speech to us about how he stands for equality and that his alt making is a protest against inequality for all. Bullshit. He wants on the site, and he's willing to do anything for it to satisfy his boredom.

So there you have it.

I can affirm what Rabbit said. We have debated letting Pimpsahoy onto this site several times, and each time we come to the same conclusion. His behavior does not help his cause, either.
